Zhaslan Khayirgeldinovich Khamzin

Chief Executive Officer

Zhaslan Khamzin was born on November 25, 1982 in Astana city. He graduated with distinction L.N. Gumilev Eurasian national university with a specialty in “International relations”. From 2005 till 2007 he studied in Kazakh economic university named after T. Ryskulov with a specialty in “Finances”. In 2010 he entered Kazakh university of railway transport, in 2012 graduated from it with a specialty in “Transport management in the rail sector”.

From 2004 till 2005 Zhaslan Khamzin worked as the Leading engineer of tariff policy sector in the Forwarding service management of Kaztransseervice JSC. From 2005 till 2006 he held a position of the Engineer of forwarding service department of Marketing, expediting and development direction of Kaztransservice JSC.

From 2006 till 2007 – the Head of the forwarding service sector of Kaztransservcie JSC “Severny” branch. From 2007 till 2012 – Deputy director of Kaztransservcie JSC “Severny” branch. From 2012 till 2013, he held a position of the head of cargo and commercial work Management of Kaztransservice JSC. From 2013 till 2015 – Director of sales and customer relations department of KTS Express JSC. From 2015 till 2016 worked as the Director of container transportation Department of KTZ Express JSC.

Since October 2016 till present he is Chief Executive Officer of KTZE-Khorgos Gateway LLP.

Zhandos Alaidaruly Alaidar

Deputy of CEO for Finance and Economics

Date of birth: December 19, 1980

Zhandos Alaidar graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University with a major in Accounting and audit, T.Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University and Lomonosov MSU Business High School.

Zhandos Alaidar started his career after graduation from the University in 2001, working as the head accountant at Almaty Financial-Economic center, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy RSE.

From 2003 to 2007 he worked as a Financial Director in branch organizations of the Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC National Company, such as STK Service Limited LLP and Lokomotiv-service TCH-28 LLP. From 2007 to 2008 he was working as the Director of the Department of Corporate Development in Kedentransservice JSC.

Zhandos Alaidar also worked at such organizations as: National Parasat JSC Scientific-Technological Holding, transport and logistic company Eclat LLP, Schlumberger Company, Smith Services CIS BVV, Zhol Zhondeushi Company as well as STS-007 LLP.

In June 2016 he started to work as the Deputy of Chief Executive Officer  for Finance and Economy in KTZE-Khorgos Gateway LLP.

Zhandos Alaidar is the Candidate of Economic sciences.

Yerik Berikovich Aitbekov

Deputy of CEO for Operations

Yerik Aitbekov was born on February 13, 1981 in Almaty city. From 1999 till 2004 he studied in the Kazakh academy of transport and communications on the faculty of “Transport management in the rail sector” with a qualification – Engineer on Transport management in the rail sector. In 2005 he entered the Kazakh economic university named after T. Ryskulov on the faculty of economics, in 2007 graduated from it with the specialty of “Economist”.

From 2002 till 2004 he worked as the Leading engineer of container shipping in Kaztransservice JSC “Severny” branch. From 2004 till 2005 – Chief engineer of data support and engineering policy. From 2006 till 2008 he worked as the Head of container shipping department in Kaztransservice JSC “Severny” branch. From 2008 till 2009 – Chief engineer in Kaztransservice JSC “Zapadny” Branch.

From 2009 till 2010 he held a position of Deputy head of work safety department in the production-technical center of “NC “KTZ” JSC. From 2010 till 2013 – Deputy Director in Almaty 2 agency of Kaztransservice JSC “Yuzhny” branch. From 2013 till 2015 worked as the Deputy director of Kaztransservice JSC “Yuzhny” branch. From 2015 till 2016 – Chief engineer in Kaztransservice JSC. Since 2017 he is Deputy of CEO for Operations in “KTZE-Khorgos Gateway” LLP.

Askhat Shayakhmetuly Toksaba

Deputy of CEO for Administrative and Legal support

Askat Toksaba was born on August 21, 1986 in Astana city.  In 2004 he entered the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a major in International law. He obtained the Bachelor’s degree. In 2010 he started the Master’s degree course in Kazakh University of Economy, Finance and International Trade with a major on State and local management (Master’s degree of Economy and Business). In 2011 having obtained the Bolashak program scholarship, he entered the Lancaster University, Great Britain with a major in International Entrepreneurship and Corporate Law.

Work experience:

From August 2008 to June 2009 – Lawyer of the Legal department of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.

From June 2009 to August 2011  - Secretary of the Management Board of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC;

From August 2011 to September 2011 – Chief Manager of the Department of Corporate Development of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC;

From September 2012 to August 2013 – General Director of FNA Group LLP;

From August 2013 to April 2015 – Chief Manager of the Legal Department of KTZ Express JSC (100% branch organization of the Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC NC);

From April 2015 till the present time – Deputy of Chief Executive Officer for Administrative and Legal support

 

Omirzak Djambyrbayevich Bekenov

Chief engineer

Date of birth: October 8, 1977

Omirzak Bekenov was born in Yereimentau city, Akmola region. In 1994, he entered Almaty institute of managers economists, in 1988 he graduated from it with a specialization in “Manager – economist in social sphere and fields”. From 2002 till 2005 he studied in the Kazakh academy of transport and communications with a specialization in “Movement control organization”. Omirzak Bekenov studied in London under the Bolashak scholarship, by specialty, also had internship within the same program in Seoul with a qualification in “Transport, logistics, transport equipment and technologies”. 

From 1998 till 2000 he worked in the City Department of education in Astana c. From 2001 till 2002 he worked as the Instructor of the crane brigades of the cranes of EDK type in Akmola operating division. From January 2002 till July 2002 – Chief engineer of economics department in “Infrastructure” SBE. From 2005 till 2007 – Head of engineering division of  the reconstructive and fireguard works Direction in the “Department of safety in operation”. Mains direction of “NC  “KTZ” JSC branch. From 2007 till 2016 he worked as the Head of the emergency and fire engine trains works division of the reconstructive and fireguard works Direction in the “Department of safety in operation”. Mains direction of “NC “KTZ” JSC branch. From January 2016 till December 2016 he held a position of the Chief manager of the major construction Department in KTZ Express JSC. Since 2017 he is the Chief engineer in KTZE-Khorgos Gateway LLP. 

 

Jayant Lanjewar

Director of the Department for Operations

Date of birth: January 27, 1979

Jayant Lanjewar has been working on KTZE - Khorgos Gateway project from February 2014 from the stage of its start-up. He took an active part in preparation of all the necessary production requirements, the first operations for cargo handling at the Dry port, which started in his presence. His experience and skills made a considerable contribution to the successful start-up of operations and increase of the handled cargo volumes. 

He started his labor activity in 1996 as a sailor on the largest container and cargo commercial vessels. Having obtained the rank of the certified captain of the commercial vessel, he decided to set the more complicated tasks for himself, this time on the land. From 2013 Jayant Lanjewar has been working for one of the largest world operators of ports DP World (Indian subcontinent), where he has been working at the terminal port of Nhava Sheva Container Terminal (NSICT), and then he has been holding the position at the Regional Head Office of the Company.

Owing to his extensive work experience in the field of operations for handling the containers, his major task was to permanently improve the production processes and handling of cargo at five largest terminals of the subcontinent.

He has a МВА degree of Aberystwyth University, Wales, Great Britain.

Mohamed Mohyeldin

Director of the Department for Engineering and Technical Supply

Date of birth: May 2, 1982 

Mohamed Mohyeldin started his career as an engineer for repair and maintenance at Caterpillar equipment Company, where he acquired the invaluable technical experience in maintenance of equipment for the world leader.

From 2008 Mr. Mohyeldin worked as the chief mechanical engineer in Apmt Terminals, the company, which manages ports of terminals, taking the second place by size in the world. His major mission was to create the best technologies, ensure the maximum availability of loading-unloading equipment, and the highest standards of safety during work, which would enhance the possibility of the terminal to render the services to a customer by the best methods, and guarantee the speed and continuity of transshipment of cargo and containers.

In 2014 before employment in KTZE- Khorgos Gateway LLP, Mr. Mohyeldin posed a challenge and started working at BGT (Basra gateway terminal) Company at the position of technical director, where he helped to restore the whole process and methods of works of Umm Qasr terminal, in order to make it to be the most significant terminal in the region. Having accumulated the knowledge owing to his extensive experience, Mr. Mohyeldin helped to implement the most progressive methods in engineering and technical field in accordance with international standards in order to increase the efficiency of production and profitability of equipment, as well as ensure the safety and reliability.

Mr. Mohamed Mohyeldin is the master’s degree program student with a major of engineer of engineering and technical department in the field of electrical mechanics.
